Dear Sir/Madam

I was wondering whether you might be interested in looking for people.

I have recently completed a Bachelor of Arts at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with a major in Games Graphics Design. I have great interest in games development, and during the final year of my course I have completed two major projects. The first one we made was a board game style RPG and the second one we made was a 2.5D puzzle plat-former.

I am willing to just come in and work once a week just so that I may humbly learn from your company. I am also willing to consider unpaid work for a few weeks just so you guys may try me out.

My CV is also attached along with this letter. Written references can be forwarded on request and the referees listed in my resume are more than happy to verify my academic and field studies as well as my three-year part-time work record at MJC enterprise.

I am available on the above telephone number and I am looking forward to hear from you.

Kind regards,
Ewen Seow

                                                                         Ref: 02/34

I am writing to apply for the above position.

I have recently completed a Bachelor of Arts from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with a major in Games Graphics Design.

My work experience includes four months at IronMonkey Studios, where I was responsible for overseeing the development of King Kong’s Brawl. This included with me meeting with the clients, developers, designers, producers and programmers thus rendering me basically producing the whole game.

During my experience at IronMonkey Studios, I have developed and extended my skills in the programming aspect of games development. In addition, I helped program and model a few characters for King Kong’s Brawl.

I understand that Krome Studios is currently developing Star Wars: The Clone Wars (Republic Heroes) I particularly enjoy working on this game genre because I grew up watching Star Wars and I worked on a RPG game that was very similar to this one for my final project in my final year at RMIT. My training and experience in this field would be well suited for the position.

Please refer to my resume (attached) for full details of my training and experience. I look forward to hearing from you. I can be contacted at any time on the contact details listed above.

Yours sincerely
